This article guides you through viewing, managing, filtering, and editing asset information in your Royalti.io workspace.
Getting Started
Sign In and Navigate to Your Workspace
Log in to your Royalti.io account.
Select the desired workspace where you want to manage assets.
Viewing Assets
Access the Asset Page
On the left navigation sidebar, click on the "Catalog" dropdown.
Select "Assets" to navigate to the Asset page.
Asset Table Overview
By default, assets are displayed in a table format.
The default table columns include: ISRC, Artists, Display Artist, Title, Genre, Products, Count, Royalty, Splits, Updated
Customizing Table Columns
Click the Columns icon at the top of the table.
A dropdown of column names will appear.
Toggle columns on or off by clicking the eye icon next to each column name.
Detailed Asset View
View Detailed Asset Information
Hover over any asset row in the table.
Click the eye icon at the end of the row.
This will take you to the Asset Page, displaying more detailed information about the asset, including:
Associated artists and products.
Genres, splits, and metadata.
Historical data and royalty breakdowns.
Editing Asset Information
Edit Asset Information
Hover over the asset row in the table.
Click the pencil/edit icon at the end of the row.
A right-hand sidebar will appear where you can update the asset’s information.
After making changes, click the Save button.
Changes will be reflected in the table immediately.
Filtering Assets
Filter Asset Data
Click the filter icon at the top of the table.
A dropdown with available filter parameters will appear. The available filters are:
Artist(s)
Type
Select the desired filter(s).
Click the Apply button to apply the filters.
Deleting Splits
Delete Splits for One or More Assets
Select one or more assets by checking the boxes next to their rows in the table.
Click the menu icon at the top of the table.
From the dropdown options, select Delete Splits.
Deleting Assets
Delete a Single Asset
Hover over the asset row in the table.
Click the menu icon at the end of the row.
From the dropdown options, select Delete.
Delete Multiple Assets
Select multiple assets by checking the boxes next to their rows in the table.
Click the menu icon at the top of the table.
Select Delete Assets from the dropdown options.
