Manage artist on you workspace like a champ

This article guides you through viewing, managing, filtering, and editing artist information in your Royalti.io workspace.


Getting Started

Sign In and Navigate to Your Workspace

  1. Log in to your Royalti.io account.

  2. Select the desired workspace where you want to manage artists.

Viewing Artists

Access the Artist Page

  1. On the left navigation sidebar, click on the "Roster Management" dropdown.

  2. Select "Artists" to navigate to the Artist page.

Artist Table Overview

  • By default, artists are displayed in a table format.

  • The default table columns include: Name, Users, Assets, Products, Count, Royalty, Updated

Customizing Table Columns

  1. Click the Columns icon at the top of the table.

  2. A dropdown of column names will appear.

  3. Toggle columns on or off by clicking the eye icon next to each column name.

Detailed Artist View

View Detailed Artist Information

  1. Hover over any artist row in the table.

  2. Click the eye icon at the end of the row.

  3. This will take you to the Artist Page, displaying more detailed information about the artist, including:

    • Profile details.

    • Associated assets and products.

    • Historical and royalty data.

Editing Artist Information

Edit Artist Information

  1. Hover over the artist row in the table.

  2. Click the pencil/edit icon at the end of the row.

  3. A right-hand sidebar will appear where you can update the artist's information.

  4. After making changes, click the Save button.

  5. Changes will be reflected in the table immediately.

Filtering Artists

Filter Artist Data

  1. Click the filter icon at the top of the table.

  2. A dropdown with available filter parameters will appear. (Currently, filtering is limited to User parameters.)

  3. Select the desired filter(s).

  4. Click the Apply button to apply the filters.

Deleting Artists

Delete a Single Artist

  1. Hover over the artist row in the table.

  2. Click the menu icon at the end of the row.

  3. From the dropdown options, select Delete.

Delete Multiple Artists

  1. Select multiple artists by checking the boxes next to their rows in the table.

  2. Click the menu icon at the top of the table.

  3. Select Delete Artists from the dropdown options.
