Overview
The Royalty Sources feature allows you to manage and download royalty data from various platforms. This guide walks you through accessing, managing, and modifying your royalty sources.
Accessing Royalty Sources
Log in to your Royalti.io account.
Select your Workspace if you manage multiple workspaces
Navigate to Settings from the left navigation panel.
Select the Royalty Sources tab.
You will see a table displaying all available royalty sources.
Understanding the Royalty Sources Table
The table includes the following columns:
ID: Unique identifier for each source.
Name: The name of the royalty source.
Type: The category or platform (e.g., Spotify, YouTube).
Period: The applicable time frame.
Created On: The date the source was created.
Last Updated: The date of the last modification.
Status: Indicates if the source is active or inactive.
Performing Actions on Royalty Sources
Searching for a Source
Use the Search bar at the top of the table.
Enter the name or type of the source.
The table will filter results based on your input.
Downloading Royalty Sources
Click the Download button at the top right.
Choose the preferred file format (CSV, PDF, etc.).
The file will be saved to your device.
Activating/Deactivating a Source
Locate the source in the Status column.
Click the toggle switch to activate or deactivate the source.
A confirmation message will appear.
Editing a Royalty Source
Click the three-dot menu in the Actions column.
Select Edit.
A sidebar form will appear.
Modify the necessary fields such as ID, Name, Label, Type, or Start Date.
Click Save to apply changes.
